At Carmel’s Friends Safe Haven, we host our annual Holiday Giving Event to support children and families in need. Friends, neighbors, and supporters are invited to gather, celebrate, and share generosity that truly makes a difference.

Our Mission
Carmel’s Friends Safe Haven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support, compassion, and stability for individuals and families facing hardship. What began as a small, heartfelt effort to help our neighbors has grown into a trusted community resource—one that brings people together through acts of kindness and meaningful seasonal giving.
Why We Do It
We believe that every person deserves to feel supported, valued, and cared for. By creating opportunities for our community to give back—especially during the holiday season—we strengthen the bonds that hold us together. Our annual gift drive, made possible through local partnerships and generous supporters, directly uplifts families in need and brings hope where it’s needed most.

Cost: Free to attend—just bring an unwrapped gift to donate 🎁
What to Wear: Cozy holiday sweaters, festive attire, or anything that brings joy to the season!
Where Your Gifts Go: All donated items directly support families in need through Carmel’s Friends Safe Haven and our community partners.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
